All premiums come live and unaltered from priminfo.admin.ch, the official premium calculator of the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH / BAG). They are refreshed once the FOPH publishes the next year's premiums at the end of September.

How it is calculated
Total annual cost = 12 × net monthly premium + your medical bills up to the franchise + 10% of the bills above it (capped at CHF 700 per year for adults, CHF 350 for children). Net premiums already deduct the monthly environmental levy rebate.
